Privacy Policy

How Premier Assembly collects, uses, protects and retains information you provide through this website.

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Premier Assembly (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and your choices. This page is a practical draft provided for transparency. Final legal wording should be confirmed through qualified legal review before publication.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you request a quote, including your name, email address, phone number, city, postal code and project details (structure type, brand, model, size and installation surface). When you choose to upload them, we also receive photos of the product or installation area. If you later become a customer, we collect billing and project information, the installation address, scheduling details, project photos, invoice and payment records, and warranty information needed to provide and stand behind our work.

Why we collect this information

We use your information to: review your project, prepare a flat-rate installation quote, communicate with you about your request, prepare a service agreement, schedule installation work, document the installation including site and completion photos, invoice and record payments, provide workmanship warranty coverage, respond to warranty concerns, and keep accurate business records.

How we use your information

Quote requests, customer records, service agreements, job scheduling, project and site photos, invoices and payment records, the customer portal (if enabled), and warranty records are used to deliver and support our installation services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Service communications vs. marketing

Operational messages about your project — such as a quote being ready, your service agreement, scheduling, pre-arrival, missing parts, weather delays, invoices, payment confirmation and warranty communications — are part of our normal service to you and are not marketing subscriptions. Any promotional emails, if ever offered, require a separate optional consent that is not bundled into quote acceptance or agreement approval. Marketing SMS is not introduced automatically.

Who may access information internally

Access is restricted to authorized Premier Assembly team members based on their role. Field installation staff see only the assigned job information needed to perform the work; they do not see company-wide pricing, labour rates, profitability or payment history. Office and owner roles have broader access for scheduling, billing and customer support.

When information may need to be disclosed

We may need to disclose limited information where legitimately required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not share customer information for unrelated commercial purposes.

Data security

Access to operational data is role-based and authenticated. Customer-facing documents (quotes, agreements, invoices) are shared only through individual, token-based links. Private operational records are not publicly browsable.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet record-keeping obligations, and honour warranty coverage. Specific retention guidance is configured by the Owner and is applied deliberately — no production records are automatically deleted without an explicit owner-approved policy.

Cookies & technical information

This website may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. These tools do not personally identify visitors. Essential functionality may use browser storage needed to operate forms and sessions.

Your access and correction rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it subject to our record-keeping obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed by Premier Assembly and are not processed automatically. To make a request, use the contact details below.

Marketing consent

We do not assume marketing consent. If Premier Assembly later offers promotional emails, a separate optional consent will be requested and you may withdraw it at any time.

Privacy questions

For privacy questions, access or correction requests, please contact Premier Assembly using the contact details published on this website. Where a dedicated privacy contact has not yet been published, please use the general business contact.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
