We Assemble Gazebos You Supply
Premier Assembly specializes in assembling and installing customer-supplied gazebos. You purchase the structure from the retailer or manufacturer of your choice; we sort the components, assemble the structure, and anchor it to your surface. We don't sell gazebos.
Every build starts with the manufacturer's instructions and the surface on your property — concrete, a wood or composite deck, or pavers and interlock — and the anchoring is matched to both.

Types of Gazebos We Install
We work with common prefabricated gazebo systems that fall within our service scope. We don't install every gazebo on the market — send your product details and we'll confirm whether it's a fit.

Metal / Aluminum Hardtop
Roof panels, posts and hardware. Thin panels are handled with care — read about protective film and panel handling.
Type 01/03
Cedar / Wooden Hardtop
Solid components with natural grain, knots and colour variation — all normal characteristics of the material.
Type 02/03
Soft-Top Structures
Fabric canopies over a framed structure, where applicable to the product and your surface.

See all brand experience pagesWhat’s Included in the Installation
A typical gazebo installation covers the assembly and anchoring of your customer-supplied kit. Site preparation and foundation work are separate — see the distinction below.
- Product unpacking and component sort
- Assembly according to the manufacturer's instructions
- Structural assembly of posts, beams and frame
- Roof and component assembly
- Alignment and squaring of the structure
- Anchoring where included in the agreed scope
- Final inspection of the completed build
- Cleanup and removal of product packaging
- Customer walkthrough of the finished installation
- Photo documentation of the completed work
Installation (included)
Assembling your gazebo kit, aligning the structure, and anchoring it to your surface where included in the agreed scope.
Site preparation / foundation (not included unless quoted)
We don't build concrete pads, decks or paver bases. The surface needs to be ready and suitable before we arrive — see our site preparation guide.
Installation Surfaces
We install on the surface you already have. Each one has its own anchoring considerations, and every surface is reviewed from your photos before we quote.
Concrete- A reasonably level slab helps the structure sit squarely and the hardware seat properly.
- Anchoring must suit the surface — the method depends on the product and the slab condition.
- We review photos of the slab before confirming an approach.
Wood Deck- The deck should be structurally sound and level before a gazebo is added.
- The gazebo's size, load and the manufacturer's anchoring requirements need to be weighed against the deck you have.
- The existing deck may need to be assessed before we can confirm installation.
Composite Deck- The visible composite surface is not automatically the structural anchoring layer.
- The underlying deck structure and the manufacturer's requirements matter — fastening into composite alone is rarely sufficient.
- We don't provide structural engineering advice beyond what we can verify on site.
Pavers / Interlock- Pavers can shift and may have different anchoring limitations than a solid slab.
- The exact anchoring method depends on the structure and the existing surface.
- We can't promise every interlock installation is possible until we review the surface.
Installing on grass, gravel or another surface? Send photos of the area and we’ll review whether it’s within our scope.
How anchoring is chosen for your projectDoes a Gazebo Need to Be Anchored?
Many permanent gazebo installations require secure anchoring to stay plumb and stable. The appropriate method depends on the product and the installation surface, and the manufacturer's instructions should be followed.
We review the surface and the product before determining the installation approach — we don't make universal wind-resistance or structural claims. Where anchoring is included in your agreed scope, the hardware is matched to both the gazebo and the surface.
Read the gazebo anchoring guideSite Preparation
A prepared site keeps the build on schedule. Before installation day:
- Confirm the gazebo location on your property
- Make sure the product is on site and the boxes are together
- Ensure the surface is level and suitable
- Clear the full footprint plus working room
- Check access for the crew and materials (gates, stairs, carry distance)
- Identify obstacles like overhead lines, AC units or tight corners
- Have the manufacturer's instructions or product information available
Already bought your gazebo? What to do before installation walks through the practical steps to take once the product arrives.
How Long Does Gazebo Installation Take?
There's no single installation time — duration depends on the product and the site. Smaller, simpler kits on a prepared surface take less time; larger multi-component wooden structures, screened models, or builds requiring additional anchoring take longer.
Duration depends on
- Size and footprint of the gazebo
- Brand and model complexity
- Number of components and hardware
- Roof system (hardtop, soft-top, louvered)
- Screens, curtains and accessories
- Site access and carry distance
- Installation surface
- Anchoring method
- Missing or damaged components
- Crew size required
Your quote includes an expected duration based on your specific product and site — these are examples of what affects the build, not a guarantee.

Customer-Supplied Gazebo Installation
Can you install a gazebo I already bought? Yes — Premier Assembly works with customer-supplied prefabricated outdoor structures where the project falls within our service scope.
To quote your build, we need:
- Brand and model
- Size
- City and installation surface
- A few photos of the area
- Access details (stairs, gates, carry distance)
Bought From a Retailer or Online?
Already purchased your gazebo from a retailer or an online supplier? Premier Assembly can review the product and installation requirements and determine whether it's within our installation scope.
We're an independent installer and aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any retailer or manufacturer — including big-box or warehouse retailers. Brand and retailer names are for identification only.
Still deciding before you buy? What to check before buying a gazebo walks through the site, size, surface and access checks worth making before you purchase.
What Happens If Parts Are Missing or Damaged?
Large gazebo kits contain many components. Inspect the packaging and product when you can — a quick check before installation day helps catch issues early.
- We assess missing or damaged parts on site.
- Non-critical parts may let the build continue.
- Structural parts may pause the build until a replacement arrives from the manufacturer or retailer.
- If a return trip is needed, it may involve additional charges depending on the circumstances and the agreed scope.
What If the Site Isn’t Ready?
If the surface isn't suitable or access isn't available on the day, the installation may need to be postponed. A level, suitable surface and clear access keep the build on schedule, and site conditions can affect the scope.
Not sure whether your site is ready? Review the preparation checklist or send photos and we'll take a look.
